Terms and Conditions

Deposit and payment 

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the agreed date and hire items on the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the event and is also non-refundable. As the items on your invoice removes those from our stock and therefore we can not hire it to other couples, confirmation will be needed 2 months prior to your event of any changes to your invoice. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that all the hire items on the invoice will be required by yourselves and paid in full 4 weeks prior. 

We strongly advise that you take out insurance in order to cover yourself in the unlikely event that you have to cancel your order with us.

All hire items are shown in £’s sterling and not not include delivery, set up and collection fee. You will be informed of the amount at the point of quote. 

Damages/ Theft/ Breakages

If any of the above occurs during the time you have any hire items, There will be an additional charge to fix or replace any problems. The fee will have to be paid within 30 days of the invoice sent to you. 

Responsibility

Once delivered, you will be fully responsible for the hire items, so you will be using the items ( including all outside games) at your own risk. Therefore we will not accept any fault of injury. We will not be held responsible for any damage to your venue caused by any hire items. Please be aware that all hire items are your responsibility from when we set up, to when we have collected.  

It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all hire items fit in the venue and are allowed. We will not be held responsible for any items that we are unable to install and no refund will be given on these items.  

Weather Conditions

As everyone is aware, the weather is very unpredictable and we will not be able to give any refund if the hire items can not be used due to the weather. Blossom Belle co has the final say, to which you will be informed at all times. The outdoor items have to stay dry and it is your responsibility to ensure that the condition of the games do not get damaged by the weather. 

Hire Period

All hire items will be delivered and picked up at the agreed times.

Room turnaround 

If you are using the same function room for both ceremony and reception, you will need to arrange with the venue, set up of the hired items. 

We do offer this service at an additional cost, subject to our availability.

Chair decor

Chairs need to be placed at your venue ready for us to decorate, we are unable to put chairs out for you. If the chairs are not set out, we will leave hire items for the venue to set up. It is your responsibility to arrange with your venue the correct amount of chairs as per our invoice, as we only cover the amount o f chair decor that is stated on the invoice. 

WE-DO Letters 

All of the electrics are PAT tested before hire. Unfortunately the bulbs in the letters can blow at any time, as we can not tell when it will happen. We will provide additional bulbs to replace any ones that blow.  Please use caution when changing the bulbs ensuring that the letters are unplugged and switched off. Do not change the bulbs when hot. 

Orders

We reserve the right to substitute a like for like design if breakages or lost items have occurred as a result of a previous customer order. We will try our hardest to source stock in time for your event and you will be communicated at all of tims of any changes. 

Bespoke Arrangements

All of our flower arrangements are made to be bespoke, therefore we can not guarantee that the flowers will be the same as the pictures on our website. 

Invoice 

Please ensure you have read the invoice thoroughly, checked the date of the event and the location. Also check the quantity of each item is correct.
